Peter founded Hedgehog Security in 2009 and Cyber-Defence Ltd in 2024, building a CREST-certified security operations practice that now protects MoD supply chain contractors, regulated financial firms, and healthcare providers. He led the development of the EmilyAI triage engine and the DecoyPulse deception platform, and created SOC in a Box to bring enterprise-grade managed detection to small and medium businesses across the UK.
Tim brings over 23 years of security industry experience, including more than a decade delivering Security as a Service through cloud platforms. Before joining Cyber-Defence as Chief Revenue Officer, he held global sales leadership roles at cybersecurity vendors including Searchlight Cyber and AirEye, and founded a consultancy helping early-stage security startups build scalable go-to-market strategies. He combines a data-driven approach with deep sector knowledge to align sales, customer success, and service delivery around long-term client value.
Kelly leads delivery and project management for the 24/7 Security Operations Centre, overseeing workforce planning, client onboarding, and operational governance across the global SOC team. She brings over six years of operations and project leadership experience spanning technology and healthcare sectors, with a track record of driving process automation, standardised playbooks, and data-led performance management. ITIL 4 Foundation certified and a trained Situational Leader, she is focused on advancing SOC maturity, response capabilities, and scalability.
